A help to those who need it
Blown By The Spirit
My dream and vision for Samaritan Hope Home is to sow the seed and see the grown tree where many birds can take their shelter. Samaritan Hope Home also grows and becomes a centre for the needs of the homeless brothers and sisters.

SUPPORT IS OUR MISSION
Street Mission
Street mission was started before SHH was established to meet the homeless brothers and sisters at where they were. They were given basic items such as mosquito coil, water, bread and toiletries. There were times they required wound dressing or even to call an ambulance. When SHH was established, Sr Fatima invited them to come to home for hot meals, shelter,
medical care and even for a shower.
‘If you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry, and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.’
Isaiah 58:10
REACHING OUT DURING
THE
PANDEMIC
Samaritan Hope Home has profoundly influenced the person I’ve become. Witnessing the circumstances of those we serve here has been truly enlightening. This experience has ignited a passion within me to continue serving and offering assistance wherever I can. Volunteering during the pandemic presented unique challenges, particularly due to the imposed restrictions that limited the number of people who could help. Nonetheless, I am amazed at how we persevered. Waking up early in the morning, cooking rice, preparing numerous batches of food, organizing provisions for distribution, and the rigorous cleanup were just a few of the countless tasks we tackled over the span of several months. I am thankful to God for the invaluable lessons I’ve gained from this work, the people I’ve encountered, and the meaningful time I’ve devoted to this cause
